When buying a home, I will…
- Listen to your needs and wants for your next home
- Assist with finding a lender to get your pre-approved
- Email you listings that meet your criteria for desirability and budget
- Schedule showings and meet with you at times that are convenient to you
When you have found your perfect home,
- I will prepare the offer and coach you through the process to make sure that your rights and interests as a buyer are represented correctly while also making the offer as desirable as possible for the seller in case of competition with other buyers.
- Assist in locating a home inspector, and attend the home inspection
- Assist in locating a title company that will handle the settlement
- Work closely with your lender and title company throughout the “Under Contract” period.
- At the time for closing, I will help you prepare for settlement by reviewing the Closing Disclosure Form
