Esther is AWESOME!I cannot begin to express how lucky I was to connect with Esther. I was remote to the property, and needed someone who really understood the neighborhood and the state of... Maryland. I also needed someone who could help remotely navigate the whole process.And Esther came through like an express train.She had very good ideas, some even out of the box. And when we agreed - she made it happen. BTW: I recommend her staging company. I think that really made short order of my empty house.Esther's team took amazing photo's including drone shots. Really marketed the value of the location (including the amazing sunset from the back porch).Most importantly - and very important: Ester did her homework. Getting comp's for my neighborhood were very difficult because it is a new community. But Esther did amazing research. She proposed a go to market price that even I thought was impressive. And even though other properties experienced less than satisfactory appraisals, Esther's price was perfect. I got a 100% cash, non contingent offer and the property appraised at exactly what Esther proposed.It was an amazing set circumstances. She made a really difficult situation resolve amazingly to my benefit. And most importantly, she always had my interests at the forefront of her thoughts.Even after the sale, Esther noticed that there were funds that should have been credited back to me that didn't show up on the settlement sheet. Without prompting, she was right on the settlement company - and now I have nice extra check heading my way.You might think these comments are a paid advertisement. On the old Ed Sullivan variety TV show, he would occasionally feature a juggler who would get a couple dozen plates spinning simultaneously on thin wooden rods. It was always fun to watch and see if... the plates would start to wobble and come crashing to the floor... but that never happened because the juggler was so good. My wife and I just sold a townhouse and bought our retirement single-family dwelling, and Esther managed to keep all the plates spinning, without a single crash, for both transactions.
